If you're ever in the area, it's best to speed past and not look back you'll be thankful later. I'm currently in the process of finding a house, as I've had enough of apartment living and this one in particular.
The complex has a habit of frequently changing staff, and the current manager, Nina West, has a nasty attitude and never smiles. The parents of these children are also in need of discipline. The children living in the area are extremely unruly, often urinating outside, littering, and vandalizing vehicles. The area has also become far less clean, with people loitering in the breezeways, in front of doors, and on steps. Even simple activities such as ordering pizza are now a risk.
